Travel conditions

1. TRAVEL CONDITIONS

In addition to SRF's (Swedish Travel Agency Association) terms and conditions for package tours, the following supplementary terms and conditions apply when booking a trip with Tennisresor.net.

1.1 Cancellation protection/Travel insurance
No travel insurance is included in our trips. The traveler is therefore obliged to ensure that he/she has adequate insurance coverage. If you wish to have special travel insurance, Tennisresor.net recommends contacting
European ERV travel insurance. For more information click here...

1.2 Cancellation rules for package holidays
If cancelled earlier than 90 days before departure, the traveler must pay 20% of the trip fee.
If the cancellation is made later than 90 days but earlier than 31 days before departure, the traveler must pay 30% of the trip fee.

If the booking is cancelled later than 31 days, but earlier than 7 days before departure, the traveler must pay 45% of the trip fee.

If the cancellation is made later than 7 days before departure, the traveler must pay 70% of the trip fee.

If cancelled 7 days before departure, the traveler must pay 100% of the trip fee.

1.3 In case of unused reservation
No refunds will be made for arrangements that have not been used. This applies, for example, if you cancel your hotel stay and leave the hotel earlier than planned or do not use pre-booked arrangements.

1.4 Minimum number of participants
We reserve the right to cancel trips where the number of participants does not reach a minimum number. If Tennisresor.net has to cancel a trip, the traveler must have written final notification no later than 30 days before scheduled departure.

1.5 Complaints
If the traveler is not satisfied with their accommodation or anything else that has been agreed upon in accordance with the travel agreement and the situation cannot be resolved directly between Tennisresor.net and the traveler when they are on site, the traveler must make any claims to Tennisresor.net as soon as possible after returning home (Max. 30 days).

It is important to take the names of people the traveler has to deal with on site and keep receipts for any additional costs. We are not responsible for deficiencies that may be due to negligence on the part of the traveler, third parties or circumstances that we could not foresee, avoid or prevent in the event of force majeure.

1.6 Traveler's responsibilities
The traveler is responsible for reviewing the applicable travel conditions before purchase and undertakes to:

- check that the confirmation corresponds to the order.

- Check that the name details in the booking and flight schedule match those in the passport (order and spelling). If they are not correct, it may result in rejection at check-in at the airport.

Check the travel documents as soon as they are received, any errors must be reported immediately for further action.

- Contact the airlines during your trip to check departure times. Airlines sometimes change times at short notice and it is the traveler's responsibility to find out about any earlier or later flight departures on site.

- Arrive well in advance for check-in and security checks at the airport and arrive well in advance at pre-booked hotels and cruises.

- Obtain information about passports, visas and vaccinations and pay for these yourself.

- Obtain and observe rules and safety regulations that airlines may have for specific destinations.

- check the validity of your passport. We always recommend that your passport is valid for 6 months after your return, which is a requirement in many countries.

- Review your travel insurance.
The traveler is responsible for any costs that may arise if the above is not followed.

1.7 Amendment of agreement
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are forced to make significant changes to the ordered trip, destination or mode of transport, we will notify the traveler immediately. The traveler decides whether the trip should be carried out or whether they wish to withdraw from the agreement.

Reservation: in the event of changes to prices/rules from airlines/organizers, we reserve the right to make corresponding changes to the traveler.

Price changes before departure may occur due to changed taxes, fees & exchange rates.

Change of booking

In the event of changes or rebooking after a booking confirmation has been sent, a cost will be charged in accordance with the additional costs charged to the tour operator, however, a minimum of SEK 200 per change unless otherwise notified at the time of booking.

For changes within 30 days before departure, special rebooking rules may apply. Changes that involve a new departure location, departure date or destination are considered a cancellation and a new booking.

1.8 Wishes during the trip

Please note that Tennisresor.net cannot guarantee requests from the traveler such as room location at the hotel, early check-in at the hotel or similar.

A request is just a request and nothing that can be confirmed before departure but we do our best to fulfill these requests.

1.9 Compensation for cancellation of tennis training due to bad weather

If the tennis club decides that the tennis courts are not playable and the tennis training must be cancelled due to rain/bad weather, we at Tennisreor.net will first try to book new tennis courts corresponding to the same number and layout that were included in the basic offer.

- If rebooking of tennis courts takes place at a facility other than the one indicated, the traveler will pay for travel costs to and from the new tennis facility. The cost of the rebooking corresponding to the basic offer is covered by Tennisresor.net.

Additional costs beyond the basic offer are borne by the traveler themselves.

- If Tennisresor.net is unable to rebook the same number of courts that were included in the basic price, Tennisresor.net will not refund the actual cost of booking tennis courts and tennis coaches, which the traveler will miss out on.

This only applies to participants who have paid in advance for the tennis training and does not apply to a registration fee.

We have been arranging tennis trips since 2006 and over the years have learned to understand what is important for a tennis trip to be successful. Since the Swedish outdoor season is far too short, we now give you the opportunity to extend it in the best possible way.

Welcome to Mallorca!
